Teh Hell are Crystal Ilbis?

I'm so lost.... I've heard them mentioned, and that they aren't rechargeable, but I know nothing of them. What's the scoop guys?

They are forged using the items from the second series of iTCG stuff, the OMG Bosses sets. No word yet though whether or not they fixed the recharge glitch...

I didn't even know they couldn't be recharged, but it doesn't matter because iTCG doesn't sell anywhere in Arkansas. >.> Stupid Hick-Town >.>

Well they can be recharged, but they need to fix that in the next PATCH.

So from the way you guys keep talking about them, I guess they are already in the game... I wish I had a way of getting iTCG.
