I want to learn to play either the guitar or the bass. What should i learn first, and what is the easiest way to learn. Oh yeah...and should i learn on accoustic or electric.

I dont' know anything about the guitar... all I know is reading guitar music is totally different from any other music O.o

I can get you started. I'll send you a chord table, and I'll show you how to read TABs in comparison to Music. All I can do is SHOW you what to do, YOU have to be the one to actually practice and learn.
